Food Terminal Incorporated (FTI)

The complex boasts of prime industrial and commercial lots suitable for factory/office sites for medium to long-term leases. It also has industrial buildings suitable for food processing and factory operations and offers multi-purpose warehouses as well as standard factory buildings for short-term leases.

Standard factory/warehouse buildings (Wholesaler’s Buildings) consist of six buildings with a total of 195 stalls. Each building has provisions for canteen and restrooms. Each stall, on the other hand, has a floor area of 120 square meters and a mezzanine of 60 square meters. The stalls are being used mostly as office and warehouse of various locators.

Also, FTI provides vital infrastructure services like power, water, communication lines, garbage and waste management to further assist its locators in their business ventures.
