The
Food Terminal Incorporated welcomes you to a dynamic economic gateway
leading to a 120-hectare Agro-Industrial Commercial Complex. It is strategically
located about 2.4 km north of Bicutan Interchange, 2.3 km southeast
of the Fort Bonifacio overpass and about 4.4 km southeast of EDSA. It
is accessible through two major arteries: the South Luzon Expressway
(SLEX) and C-5 via SLEX's East Service Road. A terminal in itself, FTI
is reachable through other means of transport as its vast confines is
fronted by the Philippine National Railroad and the Laguna Bay at the
rear. Also, its proximity translates to a 15-minute drive from the Central
Business District in Makati and, a 20-minute ride from the Ninoy Aquino
International Airport (NAIA) as well as the Manila Domestic Airport.
The complex is girdled by a mixture of commercial, residential, industrial
districts, and community centers within a five-kilometer radius, all
the more contributing to its ideal setting.

At
present, plans for the proposed FTI Interchange, linking existing FTI
roads to the C-5, the SLEX and the Metro Manila Skyway, are methodically
being studied. Once completed, this interchange will inevitably boost
economic activity in FTI and its vicinity and will surely open the door
for other opportunities for commerce and industry.
